As a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach with years of experience making positive behavioural change, I’m here to help you restore your balance and regain control of your mental and physical health.
How? By making small changes to your habits and perspectives, that have a big impact on the way you feel.
What makes Rae Rose Wellness coaching different? I look at the whole picture – exploring all potential angles around what’s going on in your life. There can be lots of factors affecting how you feel, and not all of them obvious. We’ll talk about your mindset, emotions, nutritional balance, fitness and lifestyle and get to grips with the things you need to focus on most. We’ll work together on the areas that will really make a difference to your balance and bring about positive change.
Most importantly we work with you and your needs, making sure changes are achievable and sustainable within the life you lead. And we do it in a way that suits you, whether it’s talking while we walk, chatting on the phone, zoom, or over a latte.
